Questions
VectorInvoice prepares i.SAF, GPM311, FR0600 and FR0781 for your review. We prepare the files for you to upload in the VMI portal. These answers describe the app, not a VMI ruling.
VectorInvoice is software, not tax advice. For individual questions, consult a tax adviser (mokesčių konsultantas / Steuerberater).
i.SAF is the invoice register VAT payers in Lithuania file with VMI, the tax authority. It lists purchase and sale invoices for a month. VectorInvoice can write an i.SAF 1.2 XML file from invoices you have checked. We prepare the file for you to upload in the VMI portal.
FR0600 is the VAT return, a different filing from the i.SAF register. The date used here is the 25th. The app shows that date and moves it when the day is not a working day. On Standard and Pro it prepares an FR0600 draft from invoices you approved. You review it, then upload it yourself. The app does not submit FR0600.
Individual activity (individuali veikla) is self-employment registered in Lithuania, not a company. The app is shaped for one person on that status who deals with VAT. It is not a full set of accounts, and it does not say whether you must register for VAT.
For a given month the app uses the 20th for i.SAF and the 25th for FR0600 in the following month. Weekends and Lithuanian public holidays move the date to the next working day. These are calculated dates, not a VMI ruling.
No. VectorInvoice prepares i.SAF, GPM311, FR0600 and FR0781 for your review and download. We prepare the files for you to upload in the VMI portal; the app does not send them to VMI.
