Paid plans are bought after sign-in, under Settings → Plan, through Stripe Checkout, where self-service checkout is open. Otherwise a message on the contact form opens a support ticket. Plans are sold to businesses and self-employed persons only.
Yes. Some plans can be tried free for up to 14 days after sign-up, without a payment method. After the trial your data stays readable and exportable; new receipts need a plan.
Receipts, a journal, the 30% comparison, GPM311, and an i.SAF file you review and upload in the VMI portal.
Employees are an add-on, not a separate plan. On Standard each employee is €5.99 a month. Pro includes 2 employees, then €5.99 each. Basic does not include employees. Business prices each member on the tiers on this page. Prices include VAT. Adding or removing an employee is prorated for the rest of the month.
No. VectorInvoice prepares i.SAF, GPM311, FR0600 and FR0781 for you to review and download. We prepare the files for you to upload in the VMI portal; the app does not send them to VMI.
Corporate is for larger companies. It includes everything in Pro, plus team members with roles and driver logins, fuel receipts with litres, an odometer photo and a licence plate, a fleet export (CSV and XLSX), and projects (time, parts and margin per job). Billing is by invoice, on request. Contact us on the Corporate card opens the contact form with Corporate already selected. There is no checkout for this plan.
