Features
What VectorInvoice does, in order: a receipt arrives, fields are read, the journal fills, and i.SAF, GPM311, FR0600 and FR0781 are ready for your review. Each feature lists the plans that include it.

01 Capture
Photograph a receipt or add a PDF. VectorInvoice reads seller, date, VAT and total—you confirm before anything is saved.
02 Books
Each approved receipt becomes a journal line beside its original. You see a 30% figure next to recorded costs and issue your own invoices—not an automatic tax figure.
A dated list of what you paid, each line linked to its receipt. Download it as CSV for your records or your accountant.
For individual activity, the app calculates a 30% figure from the income you entered and a figure from the expenses you recorded. Both amounts are shown. You decide which path to use. This is a calculation from your entries, not a recommendation or a tax assessment.
03 Declarations
i.SAF, GPM311, FR0600 and FR0781 are built from the documents you approved. You review every file. We prepare the files for you to upload in the VMI portal.
The income and expense summary for the annual declaration is prepared from the journal, with its deadline. You review it, then upload it yourself. The app does not submit it.
04 Team mode
Employees photograph their own receipts. An admin reviews and approves them, and the accountant gets one download. On Standard each employee is €5.99 a month. Pro includes 2 employees, then €5.99 each. Basic does not include employees.
05 Exports
The Team download comes in the layout your accounting software expects. Layouts we could not check against a published specification are marked as templates.
06 Security and your data
Each layer has its own key and its own job. You can download your data at any time, and every deletion asks for your password and a one-time email code.
Receipt files and personal and financial fields use AES-256-GCM. Each file has its own key, wrapped by your account's data key, which a master key wraps in turn. The data key is not derived from your password.
Four plans, prices including VAT. Employees are a line on Standard and Pro. Business is an annual contract. The pricing page compares every feature.
Text is read by Mistral OCR through Mistral's EU endpoint. The code refuses other Mistral hosts. PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC files up to 25 MB, with amounts kept in exact cents.
The month comes from the date printed on the document, not from the day you uploaded it. If you set the period yourself, your choice stays.
Every document waits in the review queue until you approve it. Low confidence highlights fields for a closer look. You see the original next to the fields, correct what is wrong and approve. The journal and the files read approved documents.
Create numbered invoices with a PDF and an optional email. Type or dictate one sentence and the assistant drafts it for you to check. Invoices with VAT join the sales list for i.SAF.
The check compares FR0600 boxes 29–31 with the VAT on your issued invoices and flags a difference. Import a bank CSV and the app suggests a match when one approved invoice has the same amount within seven days. You confirm it.
i.SAF XML for purchases and sales, checked in the app and ready to download. We prepare the file for you to upload in the VMI portal.
A draft of the VAT return from the invoices you approved, with the deadline on the 25th of the following month. You review it, then upload it yourself. It is not submitted automatically.
When the FR0600 draft shows a refund, the app flags it and points to FR0781 as a separate request, prepared from records you already checked. You review it, then upload it yourself. It is never submitted automatically.
An EU VAT refund prepared from the foreign VAT you recorded. You review it before anything is offered.
An admin invites members and reviewers, resends or revokes invites, and removes people. Team actions are written to an audit log.
Receipts wait in one queue with the original photo. Approve them one by one or several at once, or send one back with a comment.
A ZIP with the data file, the original receipts, and a note on the chosen format. The formats are listed in the next section.
Turn on an authenticator app with one-time recovery codes.
Download your account data as a JSON file. Delete stored files, records or the whole account. Each deletion asks for your password and a one-time email code.
